Process Serving & Court Filing Services Ontario

• In-Person Process Server — We pick up client-supplied documents and serve individuals or businesses as instructed. Administrative court filing is a separate requested task, subject to court acceptance.
• Court Runner & In-person Court Filing — A dedicated administrative visit starts at $95 + HST with up to 60 minutes of courthouse work and waiting, including eligible local travel. Outside-area Ontario court travel is calculated automatically at $0.85/km for outbound and return billable kilometres beyond the included 25 km zone, once per court visit and separately from process-serving travel. Routine filing with a process-serving order is $50 + HST on an available local route, for one file and one visit up to 30 minutes. Court procedures, counter acceptance and availability apply.
• Affidavit of Service — For service completed by File & Serve, affidavit preparation ($25 per affidavit) plus independent commissioning ($25 per affidavit) is $50 + HST per affidavit; commissioning a complete, unsigned affidavit you supply for that same service is $25 + HST per affidavit.
• Document Return & Tracking — Return via pickup, drop-off, or tracked shipping; status updates provided.
• Additional attempt on an existing job — After all purchased attempts on any paid local or other-cities plan are exhausted without successful service, request one more attempt for the same job, recipient and documents at an address already included in the paid order, in that selected address’s recorded city: $100 + HST ($113), with repeat mileage and printing at $0. A new city or address not included in the paid order uses a new request with automatic plan and travel calculation. An office-issued payment link and scheduling review are required. Process serving plans include clear status updates and a Service Confirmation / Proof of Service provided from our service record. Choose no affidavit add-on (Service Confirmation included), preparation ($25 per affidavit) plus independent commissioning ($25 per affidavit) for $50 + HST per affidavit, or commissioning only for $25 + HST per affidavit when you supply a complete, unsigned affidavit for the same File & Serve service. Our document support is limited to printing and technically assembling final documents supplied by the client, administrative delivery and filing where accepted, authorized document collection, and factual service records for process serving performed by File & Serve. We do not select court forms, draft pleadings or motions, review legal sufficiency, provide legal advice or represent clients. Court acceptance is not guaranteed. We do not offer e-filing.
