- Commissioning — Certified Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in Ontario.
- Document Return & Tracking — Return via pickup, drop-off, or tracked shipping; status updates provided.
Process serving plans include clear status updates and a Proof of Service provided by the process server. An affidavit based on our service record may be discussed upon request and quoted separately where appropriate. We do not provide legal advice, do not determine which court form you require, and do not offer e-filing.

- Document Pickup: We personally collect your legal documents from your office or residence within our service area.
- Court Filing (In Person): We attend the appropriate courthouse to file your documents on your behalf.
- Service of Documents: We deliver and serve court papers directly to individuals or businesses.
- Proof of Service: Provided by the process server upon completion.
- Affidavit based on our service record: Upon request only and quoted separately where appropriate; limited to factual service information. We do not select, complete, revise, or advise on official court forms.
- Coverage: London, Sarnia, Komoka, Strathroy, St. Thomas, Woodstock, Aylmer, Ingersoll, Kitchener, Waterloo & nearby regions.

We serve London, Sarnia, and surrounding Ontario communities. No mileage charge applies inside London or within the first 25 km from London. Mileage beyond 25 km is billed at $0.85/km + HST.
