eService — How It Works

1. We send a secure link to the recipient via ServeFlow secure service portal.
2. The recipient downloads and views the documents.
3. We receive an automatic delivery confirmation.
4. You can track progress and receive Service Confirmation / Proof of Service once complete. If File & Serve completes the service, a commissioned Affidavit of Service can be requested as a $25 + HST add-on.

Client Portal

Clients can use the ServeFlow client portal to view client-visible job status, documents, messages, receipts, and proof records when access has been issued.
