• File & Serve — Basic (Flat): $85 + HST — 1 attempt in London/Sarnia included service area + Service Confirmation included

• Other cities beyond 25 km: $85 + HST — 1 attempt + Service Confirmation included; applicable travel is extra. Additional attempts selected with this initial plan are $100 + HST each.

Add-ons

• Additional Parties (same address): $45 + HST each

• Alternative addresses for the same recipient: no separate address, additional-party or duplicate-printing charge. The purchased attempts are shared across all listed addresses; each visit to one address uses one attempt.
• Routine Court Filing with a process-serving order: $50 + HST — one file, one local courthouse visit on a planned route, with up to 30 minutes of courthouse work and waiting. Subject to counter acceptance and route availability.
• Dedicated Court Runner: From $95 + HST ($107.35) — available on its own or with a process-serving order; one file, one visit and up to 60 minutes of courthouse work and waiting, including eligible local travel; outside-area Ontario court travel is calculated automatically and shown separately before payment. Do not select both filing options for the same task.
• Affidavit of Service options — for our own service only:
  • No affidavit add-on: Service Confirmation remains included.
  • Preparation from our server’s factual record: $25, plus independent commissioning: $25 — $50 + HST ($56.50) per affidavit in total.
  • Commissioning only: $25 + HST ($28.25) per affidavit when you supply a complete, unsigned affidavit for the same File & Serve service; preparation or correction is not included.

  Use the request form to list up to four alternative addresses for one recipient. For one recipient, the request form verifies each address from its nearest London or Sarnia office. The first 25 km from the nearest office are included. For destinations beyond that zone, outbound and return billable kilometres are charged at $0.85/km. Only the highest verified travel charge is added once to the whole order; it is not added for every address or multiplied by attempts. If any address is outside the local plan area, the whole order uses $85 for the first attempt plus $100 for each additional attempt, before HST. The applicable plan, travel, selected add-ons, any verified promotion and HST are shown before payment. Several recipients at different addresses still require an agreed quote. Alternatives do not increase the number of attempts or guarantee a visit to every address; the office coordinates the visit order.

• The person who actually served the documents must review and swear or affirm the facts before a different authorized commissioner. Clients supply the applicable form and instructions. We do not provide legal advice, select legal strategy, or complete unrelated court forms.

Court Runner: Attendance, Time & Expenses

The $95 base includes local travel to a courthouse in London or Sarnia, or within 25 km of the nearest File & Serve office. Outside-area Ontario court travel is calculated automatically at $0.85/km beyond 25 km from the nearest London or Sarnia office, once per dedicated court visit. It is itemized separately from any process-serving travel before payment. Outbound and return billable kilometres beyond the included 25 km zone are charged; no travel-time fee is added. It covers administrative delivery or lodgment of client-prepared documents where accepted, or collection of an already-ready record with the required authority. A court visit does not guarantee filing acceptance, document availability or a court outcome.

Additional courthouse work or waiting is $20 + HST per additional 15-minute block started, up to the time limit you authorize. Extra time is itemized after attendance for separate payment; we do not debit your card automatically or charge unused authorized time. For example, a $95 visit taking 1 hour 45 minutes has $60 extra time: $155 + $20.15 HST = $175.15, before agreed expenses.

Court fees, court copies, parking and courier costs are separate and must be agreed in advance; applicable tax is shown for each charge. Our printing remains $0.50/page + HST. Archived or not-yet-ready records and work requiring multiple visits need a written quote before payment. A repeat visit caused by our administrative error has no additional attendance fee; other repeat visits need a new agreed fee. Review the full scope and request Court Runner.

Promotion Codes

Enter an issued promotion code in the original request form and select Apply before payment. Each code states its percentage, eligible charges and validity dates; it may apply to the base service-plan charge or the eligible pre-tax order total. An accepted discount is deducted before HST. Review the verified total before paying. No discount is promised without an applicable, valid code.

Another Attempt on an Existing Job

After all purchased attempts on any paid local or other-cities plan are exhausted without successful service, request one additional attempt for the same job at a selected address already included in the paid order, in that address’s recorded city. We verify that the purchased allowance is exhausted without successful service and confirm the same job, recipient and documents at an address already included in the paid order before issuing a link for one additional attempt at $100 + $13 HST = $113. Repeat mileage and printing are $0 for this approved same-job attempt. The office arranges scheduling; payment does not guarantee successful service. A new city or address not included in the paid order uses a new request with automatic plan and travel calculation. See additional-attempt instructions.
