Complete documents
Upload the final service documents. Missing or changing documents can make an urgent request impossible to dispatch safely.
Exact destination
Provide the full address and postal code so the existing calculator and dispatch review use the real location.
Real deadline
State the actual requested completion date and any lawful timing or access information known to you.
No false promise
Rush service is subject to acceptance and availability
File & Serve may assess rush, same-day, next-day or after-hours requests, but those descriptions do not guarantee completion. The time available for travel and reasonable attendance matters.
Submitting earlier gives more room to review documents, clarify the recipient, calculate travel, schedule an appropriate server, and make further attempts if needed.
The final accepted request, selected service, current pricing, address, documents and instructions govern the assignment. This page does not create a guaranteed deadline.

Urgency does not bypass the existing workflow
Rush requests still use the same postal-code calculator, document upload, recipient instructions, pricing, HST, payment, and recordkeeping as other File & Serve requests. No separate rush calculator or payment page is installed.

Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee same-day service?
No. A same-day request may be assessed, but completion depends on acceptance time, travel, documents, access, recipient availability, and server capacity.
Should I call after submitting?
For an urgent request, submit the complete online record first and then call 226-503-9599 to identify the request. A call without the documents and address is not enough to dispatch.
Does rush service change the legal requirements?
No. Urgency does not change the applicable service rules, client responsibilities, or factual proof requirements.
How is travel calculated for an urgent request?
Enter the actual destination postal code in the existing request page. The same current travel calculation applies to urgent and standard requests.
