The existing request page uses the destination postal code to calculate distance from the nearest File & Serve office. This centralized calculator avoids inconsistent city-by-city mileage tables.
Rush or after-hours timing
Urgent requests can require schedule changes, travel at a particular time, or faster coordination. Rush acceptance and any charge are shown through the current request flow.
Printing and document volume
Documents uploaded for physical service may generate printing charges based on the verified page count in the request system.
Additional parties, filing, and affidavit requests
The final amount may include selected add-ons. Review the current options before payment because services and prices can change.
HST and payment record
The request page calculates the applicable tax and presents the total before secure online payment. The payment record remains connected to the service request.
