The strongest service request is specific, current, and factual. Guesswork wastes time and can send a server to the wrong person, unit, company, or property.

Recipient identity

Provide the full legal or commonly used name, exact corporate name where relevant, role or relationship, and any lawful identifying information known to you.

Complete service address

Include street number, street name, unit, city, province, postal code, buzzer, building name, business suite, rural route, and access directions as applicable.

Useful timing information

Work schedules, known hours, building access, security requirements, parking limitations, or a reliable time window can help plan attendance. Do not present speculation as fact.

Documents and parties

Upload the complete documents and identify which party receives which documents, especially where there are multiple recipients or different addresses.

Deadline and court reference

Provide the court or tribunal file number, style of cause, your internal reference, and the true requested completion date when available.

Special safety or access concerns

Disclose known animals, gated access, hazards, threats, language issues, or other information relevant to safe attendance. Do not ask a server to trespass, misrepresent identity, or act unlawfully.
