RUSH-48
Request priority handling within the 48-hour service tier shown on the current request page.
RUSH-24
Request priority handling within the 24-hour service tier shown on the current request page.
RUSH-NOW
Request immediate-today review, subject to acceptance, routing, safety and availability.
Southwestern Ontario
Priority dispatch across the service network
Rush requests may be reviewed for London, Sarnia, Windsor, Chatham-Kent, St. Thomas, Woodstock, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford and other listed regions. Hamilton and Halton requests also require travel and dispatch review.
Complete documents, exact recipient information, a service-ready address, access details, the real deadline, safety information and immediate payment.
How to order
Submit the assignment through the existing workflow
Upload first
Incomplete or unreadable documents delay review.
Enter the destination postal code
Travel must be calculated before payment.
Provide a reachable client contact
The office may need immediate clarification.
State the deadline and reason
Do not use a rush tier as a substitute for confirming the legal deadline.
Remain available
Recipient updates, address corrections or access questions may require a rapid response.
Important limitation
Administrative service only
File & Serve is not a law firm, lawyer, paralegal, collection agency, or debt-settlement service. We do not select forms, calculate deadlines, decide who must be served, determine the permitted method of service, or provide legal advice. The client remains responsible for the legal sufficiency of documents and instructions.
