Hamilton attendance requires route and travel review because File & Serve does not represent a Hamilton office.
File & Serve provides administrative in-person filing of final client-supplied documents when feasible. Any document handling is limited to printing and technical assembly on the client’s instructions. We do not select forms or the filing office, draft or change legal content, review legal sufficiency, give legal advice, represent clients, guarantee acceptance, or replace online filing portals.
Turnaround
Attendance is scheduled after an administrative feasibility check
Provide the correct courthouse, filing instructions, complete document set, court file number, deadline and any required copies or payment directions. Same-day or rush attendance is reviewed separately and is not guaranteed. Court counter hours, queues, rejection, fees and acceptance remain outside File & Serve’s control.
